Frequently asked questions and answers on your Taxi To O’hare and Midway

We are glad you want to schedule your ride with us. You will have two ways to make a reservation, the first one is completing a booking request HERE. You will receive a response in the next two hours with a booking number, price and all important information, this booking needs to be approved so we can put it on schedule, otherwise will be automatically canceled. The other ways is by phone call with our call center at +1 (630) 504-5282.

Please make sure you send all information in our booking form, because if we don’t have it wont be able to process your order.

The drivers will contact all the customers the pickup date with maximum 2 hours before pickup time with all their information (Name, Car make, model and plates number). If your driver has not contact you at least 2 hours before the pick up time please call us or send us a text message as soon as possible at our call center.

All our drivers have the flight information for every pickup, so if is delayed our if is coming early they will know. When your flight arrive the driver will send you a text message telling you he will be waiting for you at the airport parking lot. When you have your bags and be ready to leave just must reply to him in which vestibule you are (Example: 3D) and our drivers will proceed to pick you up in that door by the middle line (Limo Line).

Note: Our drivers pick up at the limo line, so they must get into the terminals by the parking lot, this process can take some time depending in which terminal will be the pickup and the time on the day, generally in the rush hour can take a little more time.

You will be able to pay Directly to the driver with cash, or credit and debit cards.

According to our Policy for our late night hours rides all the bookings have to be prepaid at least 2 hours before the pickup time, otherwise will be automatically cancelled. These bookings can be prepaid by phone with our customer service or if you don’t want to share your personal information we can also send you a payment link generated by our Square, so you will be able pay it yourself.

Return Policy

We will keep 50% of the trip’s total price plus tip, for any bookings canceled within 2 hours of arranged pick-up time. We will keep all 95% of the trip’s total price plus tip when a passenger does not show up to arranged location (Driver will leave after 10 minutes if there is no response or/and customer provided wrong location, farther than 5 miles of driver’s current location), driver cancels the trip due to danger exposure which includes and is not limited to criminal activity, acts of violence, racial remarks, threats and any situation on which the driver does not feel safe to complete the trip. In addition, we reserve the right to charge credit or debit card previously saved on the square by the customer or Executive Taxi O’hare, as a valid payment form when any invoice or any kind of payment including the tip is due. We will not reimburse any amount charges because of an over-due payment.

In case of any notification of special weather, the company can cancel the reservation without prior notice or can increase the cost of the reservation by up to 50%, this will always be communicated to the client and the client can accept it or not, if so. want. If you do not accept it, you will receive a 95% refund of the canceled amount

No, our rates are flat the only change price is if you need a bigger car to fit the passengers like a Minivan (this one has an $15 extra up on your flat rate price)
